Today we submitted an App to the App-Store to allow uploads of logger data to a ftp-server.
The server, file names and file contents can be configured. So uploads can be performed to a ftp depending on the postprocessing requirements.
This App is recommended for uploads over-the-air connections that are unreliable, e.g. for GPRS/GSM connections where SIM cards get disabled or unstable WiFi connections on the shopfloor. If an upload fails the App retries later so data gets uploaded correctly if the connection could be etstablished.
